Become a KAARC Sponsor

What the KAARC offers our sponsors: 

  • Advertising on all our social media platforms and our webpage (for a year, show date to show date)

     

  • A flyer with your business information added to our “goody bags” (given to the first 1000 entrants to the show)

     

  • A premier display area (your choice of either your business banner displayed at our club tent, or a space to set up your own display tent)

     

  • 2 – 4 passes for the event (dependent on sponsorship level)

     

  • Your business recognized on the day of the show over our broadcasts  

How your sponsorship helps the KAARC:

  • Pays the costs of running the show (printing, advertising, etc.)

  • Any sponsorship money not used for costs is donated along with the proceeds made from the show.  

  • Supports students of the automotive trades

  • Encourages area high school students to be involved in their community, and potentially an interest in automotive history
